Bottle. Pours black with a dark brown medium head. Aroma is hoppy, rye spicy, chocolate, malty, roasty. Taste is dark fruity, malty, rye spice, oaty sweet, roasty.

Bottle fromthewolf, thanks! Almost balck and opague. Roast, melon and rye bread in the aroma. Almost full bodied. Roast, rye bread. Fairly alcoholic flavor. Velvety, but with sharp edges.

Botella 33 cl tomada en el momento en el Lupulo 30..01..2016. (r129). Fcpref 17..09..2016. Color negro intenso con espuma oscura poco persistente. Aromas y sabores maltosos con toques de cacaos y algo de café torrefacto dominando sobretodo los cereales y centeno rustico que le dan a todo cierta aspereza acabando con amargo algo seco. Cuerpo medio con 7.8 vol que se dejan notar. Buena.

Bottle from trade with Plovmand, many thanks! Das Bier ist schwarz und hat eine schöne cremige beige Schaumkrone. Geruch dezent rauchig, Kaffee, röstmalzig. Geschmack kräftig röstmalzig, viel Kaffee, rauchig, wenig Schinken, gut!

Smell of bread. Black colour, brown head. Highly bitter. Aroma of bread, tar, some mämmi and licorice. Slightly oily. Soft anf plentiful carbon.

Bottle at home. Pours a pitch black colour with a huge, creamy, light brown head. Roasted aroma of dark chocolate, coffee, rye bread, wood, spices and some heather. The flavour intriduces more fruity hops and grapefruit with roasted malt and ash in the background. Has a slick and silky mouth feel, and a medium bitterness. A roasted, balanced and hoppy porter. Nice one.

Bottle. Pours cloudy very dark brown with stable tan head. Clear aroma of roast, malt, coffee and liquorice, with nome estery notes. Bitter, roasty flavour, with strong notes of coffee, malt, and liquorice, and touches of dark chocolate and C-hops. Creamy mouthfeel. Lingering, bitter aftertaste. A nice one.

Flaske 330ml fra Vinmonopolet, Bestillingsutvalget. Kullsort. Høyt & luftig kullsort skum med fin mokkafarge. Kniplingslacing. Vakkert! Aroma av sjokolade & gjær. Fløyelsmyk munnfølelse. Smaken er sjokolade og lakris. Topp fylde. Alkoholen skinner litt gjennom på slutten. Tørr avslutning. Spennende øl!
