Thanks v&h! Black body, brown head, small. Creamy malty aroma, caramel, berry, light chocolate, dried figs. Clean and nice. Dry light taste, black chocolate and dried figs, light tea/peachy herbal touch. Mild bitter roasty finish and aftertaste. Excellent beer!

Perfectly drinkable stout, big on dry roastiness, not quite so much on any dark fruits or major chocolate notes. Keeps up a mild coffee acidity that can border on metallic, but the espresso finish and noticeable Rogue yeastiness tighten up the fade. Nose is somewhat lax, but the pour has a nice oily blackness and the brown head leaves modest lacing. Good silky texture. Not a classic but worth an occasional pint or two.

Bottled 355ml. -from Pivoteka Zagreb. Black coloured, medium sized brown head that stays for a while, chocolate in the nose. Mild roasted malt, chocolate, oats, light coffee and touch of hops with roasty finish and moderate bitterness. All in all good brew.

Bottle. Pours cloudy very dark brown with stable tan head. Clear aroma of malt, roast and yeast, with some notes of hops. Bitterish, roasty flavour with notes of malt and yeast and touches of coffee. Hints of lactose. Bitter, roasty aftertaste with estery hints Soft carbonation. Well-balanced and definitely enjoyable. A very decent stout.

Bottle. Quite classic stout. Moderately roasty - chocolatey, coffeeish. Oatmeal indeed does add an impression of smoothness in the texture. Otherwise medium-full body, medium carbonation. Mostly roasty malty, other characteristics are in the background. Good one.
