Roasty, coffee-like aroma with undertones of freshly baked oatmeal cookies. Flavours of dark coffee and toast with a balancing bitterness. Lightly carbonated with a very smooth texture and a dry finish.

Draught at Alibi Room, Vancouver, as Dry Irish Stout
Black color with the expected creamy head from the nitro pump. Mild, nutty roasted malt aroma. Smooth mouthfeel; roasted malt flavor, dryish, balanced, a bit fruity, and with very light acidity from the dark malts.
Nice, quite surprising for a nitro beer.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours black with a small creamy brown head. Aroma of light roast, and dry bready notes. Flavour brings out dry roast, some light coffee, and some bitter dry cocoa. Creamy and dry. Good stuff.
