Mosaic and Nelson hops are two of our top faves. This beer is packed with fruit from these killer hops. Enjoy as they capoeira around your dome. Cantaloupe, Gooseberries, Blueberry and a slight touch of that dank diesel character that only our good friend Nelson can bring to the table.

Taster showing hazy deep gold with 2 fingers of clean white foam.
The nose shows intense notes of pineapple, guava, and cannabis.
The palate is well carbonated and medium bodied. Guava forward with notes of unripe tart pineapple and barely any bitterness. More tropical pineapple notes on the finish.

Lots of nelson, mosaic, getting green, hazy, sweet pale malts. Solid if undifferentiated.

16 oz. can, pours a cloudy bright golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma explodes with wonderful Nelson hops -- lots of white wine tanginess, light dankness and melon. Flavour is full of white wine tanginess upfront, moderate dankness, and melon. Wonderful hop character with a dry, melony, dank finish. Excellent.

From growler to pint glass. Thanks to Gourmet Haus for opening up and having a great selection! Pours hazy golden-orange with moderate, sustained, pristine white head that is loaded with medium sized bubbles. Beautiful melon aroma. Flavor is overt melon with moderate dankness in the back half. Very nice beer.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated July 15, 2019. Aroma is fairly nelson forward with quite a bit of gooseberry, white wine notes and tropical citrus. lighter notes of berry and mango with some light resin notes. Light cracker malt notes with hints of alcohol spice. Pours a slightly hazy, pale, golden orange with a medium sized, thick, fluffy, white head that recedes slowly to a small film that linger. Medium lacing and faint legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with light cracker malt notes. Medium high to high bitterness with light alcohol spice. Fairly strong hop notes of tropical citrus fruit, gooseberry, berry, and mango. Lighter notes of resin. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice IPA with two of my favorite hops. Solid nelson notes with some mosaic to add complexity and smooth out some of the roughness that nelson can sometimes exhibit.
