Our Cinnful Apple cider is crisp and refreshing with a spicy twist. The sweet, slightly tart apple flavor is balanced with cinnamon spice, adding a slight heat for a flavor that is truly Cinnful.

Bottle at Zoo Brew. Pours a clear very pale yellow with a white head that starts at the edges and dissipates completely. Aroma combines cinnamon and tart apple with a bit of backing sweetness. Flavor has a bit more sweetness and and cinnamon with a tart bite in the finish.

Location: 12 oz bottle from Buy Rite, 9/7/14
Aroma: The aroma is apple cider with some cinnamon, which is just as it should be
Appearance: It pours a mostly clear golden color with a small white head and light lace
Flavor: The flavor is much the same, a bit sweet, but the cinnamon adds a really nice balance
Palate: The body is light, but not watery, with a solid mouthfeel, and a spicy finish
Overall Impression: I have always enjoyed how cinnamon plays on apple cider, so it's not surprise that I enjoyed this cider. The cinnamon balances the sweetness really nicely. It isn't quite to the level of Totally Roasted for me, but this is probably my favorite easily located cider. Very much a fall autumn specialty. I'm not generally a huge cider drinker, but I could definitely drink this as it gets a little cooler outside.

12oz bottle. Filtered yellow-tan. No head. Unique to my palate, interesting merge of mild cinnamon and big apple. Mild, tasty, easy drinking. A nice surprise.

bottle - This cider has an assertive cinnamon aroma with some apples. It tastes of sweet apple with lots of cinnamon. There’s some slightly tart character in the finish. It’s okay.

From a 12 oz bottle shared in Pasadena. Pours clear gold. Dishwater aroma. Sweet, cinnamon, and not much apple poking through. Some tartness in the finish.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this cider poured a very pale straw yellow with a medium sized foamy white head that faded very quickly and left only a trace of lacing. The aroma was strong cinnamon sugar, apple juice and more cinnamon. The flavor was sweet cinnamon sugar, apple juice and more cinnamon. Medium length finish. Medium body. The spice really overwhelms. Decent.

Bottle @ home, picked up at RJs Fort Collins. Pours a clear, light yellow appearance with no head. Kind of bland, light cinnamon red hot, mild pear/apple, light veggie, somewhat spicy aroma. Kind of juicy flavor but more like apple sauce with cinnamon and vanilla. There’s a weird twangy note that I can’t quite put my finger on, maybe wet noodles. Probably my least favorite cider from these guys but it is drinkable.
