On tap at Main Street, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Nose brings out grassy hops, smooth biscuity malt, and a slight spiciness. Flavour is clean and refreshing, with a dry body, bringing out notes of grassy hops and dry crisp biscuity malt. Very nice body, with high drinkability. Good stuff.

2014-06-13, cask at the brewery, as Kellerbier dry-hopped with Saaz, 5-3-7-3-13=31
Hazy pale blond color with compact head. Light, crisp, fresh, with moderate carbonation and not too cold, well drinkable; it still has more cereals touch than grass, so maybe it needs some more play with the hop.
But it’s very pleasant.

Cloudy pale color. Gentle on the malts, but at least it’s a bit bready; the mouthfeel is light; very light grassy touch, some straws.
I’m used to bolder Kellerbier, but at least this one is clean and it’s refreshing.

Bright blond color, clean. Dry, a bit papery, more straw than grass. The flavor is slightly more promising than the aroma; soft final, a bit sweeter. Not impressive.

Blond color. Corn and paper aroma; simple flavor; a vulgar beer.

Nice hoppiness on the nose and coming off very light. Has a foggy yellow body, very hefeweizen-like, with a big foamy head. Flavour is plenty of hoppiness with bread and citrus hints. A little watery on the mouthfeel. This is a highly drinkable brew.
