Thuis uit een flesje. Donkerbruin, goed schuim. In aroma en smaak caramel, maar niet te zoet, blijft een mooie bittersmaak. Prima voor de regenachtige zondagmiddag bij de houtkachel!

Dark brown, creamy white head. Nose of wheat, caramel, a bit nutty, sweet, some dried fruit. Interesting weizenbock.

33cl bottle. Pours intense brown, with medium grained light cream foam. Aroma is intensely malty and caramel, up to molasses, but also fig. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium-high sweet. Final is average.

500ml bottle from Dad Alpenhaus. Dark brown pour, tight beige head with good retention. Yeasty, malty aroma, dark bread, nutty. Taste is sweet, banana, pumpernickel and yeasty. Slick and smooth with a sturdy body.

Smell- weak malt, faint caramel. Some oddness later. Foam- thin, malt, some sweetness, some pulling bitterness. Head is large, white-brown in color. Sticks. Appearance- beer-specific bottle cap, simple label. Clear, dark brown amber, few carbonation bubbles. From - pint Taste - malty, sweet, weird, bitter-sweetness. I personally dont like this, feels like cheap high alco beers with extra additives.
