Tripel Kanunnik is een 4-granenbier gebrouwen naar origineel Wilderens kanunnik-recept. Een zachte en kruidige tripel met hergisting op fles en een milde afdronk door het gebruik van fijne & edele hopsoorten. In dit bier werd naast gerst, tarwe en haver uitzonderlijk ook rogge toegevoegd, wat deze Tripel een typisch karakter geeft.

Bottle. Pours a clear gold with medium head. Aromas of honey and fruit with light floral notes. Fruity flavors with peach and honey up front and a little grapefruit/citrus. Very pleasant triple.

Bottle. Creamy white excellent mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and moderate hoppy and yeasty aroma. Light sweet and some fruity esters present. Moderate bitter. Average finish. Creamy palate. Nice.

Bottle courtesy of Saxo/HenrikSoegaard. Clear golden with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity, yeasty and candy sugar. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. 211212

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are yeast, berrysweet malt, fruits and hops.

(Bottle, Poechenellekelder, Brussels, 19 Oct 2012) Golden colour with huge, off-white head. Fruity, malty nose with notes of tropical fruit, honey, candy sugar and grassy hops. Fruity, malty taste with tropical fruit, honey and a balanced herbal/grassy bitterness in a finish with a certain sweetness. Almost full body. Solid and well made tripel. Tasty and quite nice.

Bottled. A golden beer with lots of sediment under a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes malt and fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, fruits, and straw, leading to a dry fruity finish.

clear golden with floaties small white head. malty aroma, kinda boring .. malty. flavor is quite belgian yeasty, spicy. flowery.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of Countbeer. Pours a cloudy golden with huge ugly floaties and a small, creamy white head. Sweet, lightly spicy aroma - appears like coriander. Rich body, sweet and fruity, again this coriander touch, sugary with subdued hops. Quite delicious - apart from the looks. 131112

Het is een 4-granenbier met gerst, tarwe, haver en rogge. Een zachte en kruidige tripel, met een milde body. afdronk erg kruidig. wat bij mij overheerste wat een geur/smaak van afwasmiddel/zeep door de kruidencombinatie.
