Bottle in the sun and this one was way too sweet for me. We agreed that it really wasn't as good as the Krombacher and this is not one to revisit.

Clear golden. Aroma is herbal hops some treber and malt. Dough and slight fruit. Taste is tart hoppy at first with dusty chalk later. Also malty sweetness. Sadly not very drinkable. A bit harsh. Malty finish. I expected much worse.

A color that matches a nice bright lager. The foam was creamy, hard and durable. German malt tickets hide next to the hops. Really very round and soft beer. The foam is also delicious. It is less hopy than the Czech pilsners. For me, it's real German ... pure, you can't tie it up.

Egy szép világos lagerhez illő szín. A hab krémes kémény és tartos volt. Németes malátás jegyek bujnak a komló mellé. Tényleg nagyon kerek és lágy sör. A habja is finom. A cseh pilseniekhez képest kevésbé komlós. Számomra igazi német... tiszta, nem lehet belekötni.

Looks like enjoying this brew on a plane isn't the most unusual scenerio out there. 12 oz can, and poured on a flight to Frankfurt. First beer of the trip, so certainly no complaints. Besides, I expected my first on this trip to be of the "premium" variety. A bright and clean golden pour. Short oily head that sticks around. A more or less inoffensive Euro lager here, with all straw aromas and flavor. Plastic hints. A surprising amount of hop influence to this brew though. Keeps things interesting, I suppose.

Gedronken van tap bij MovieWorld Germany. Het is een goudgeel bier met een witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een moutige geur. De smaak is moutig en maisachtig, ebt snel weg.

Can, 4,7 % abv, three months before bbd. Pours clear pale yellow, with a big creamy head. Aroma is grainy malts with cereals, as well as herbal hops. Medium to full body, with average carbonation. Flavour is malty notes with grains and caramels, as well as zesty, herbal hops with citrus and grassy notes. Bitter finish.

Better than most light lagers, has some noticeable hop aroma. Clean & light, decent version of the style. Hamburg
