Draught at Prvni Pivni Tramway, on May 25, 2015.Listed as a 12 degree at 5.2% ABV.Clear dark copper to brown color, white head. Malty, herbal, cream taste. Bitter aftertaste. Fizzy mouthfeel, medium high dry bitterness. Sweet, malty scent.

Ich hätte mir bei diesem Namen ein Rotbier erwartet, aber im Wirklichkeit ist es ein Fruchtbier, dass mir ordentlich falschen Kirscharoma gespickt ist. Dadurch hat es zwar einen vollen Körper, aber wirklich ausgewogen wirkt es nicht. Da würde tatsächlich etwas mehr Alk helfen...wobei der wäre auch wieder mit falschen Zucker gemacht worden...kann man kaufen, sollte man aber nicht.

Draught @ Pivovarsky Klub, Prague. Pours clear red with a light pink head. Aroma of little malt, berries, grass. Flavor is malt, grass, berries, light fruit, light buttery. Medium body, soft carbonation. 280313

Bottle: Big and stable pinkish-fluffy head, clear; grainy-fruity nose with a slight woody-hoppy background, rosé coloured; light to moderate dry bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied and a bit tart; short dryish bitter-sweet flavour with a certain hoppy touch, some fruits or spices detectable. Not great, at least drinkable....
