Blonde, 5,5% abv, hazy and opalescent, creamy head. Her nose is a mix of citrus fruits and flowers - thanks to the use of ‘forgotten’ hop varieties, grown with love in the south of Germany - with a note of ripe pear. It develops flavours of citrus, bergamot and kumquat, as well as notes of rustic cereals (spelt, wheat, and rye) and wild flowers. Its final is very dry, as the style wants it. A real thirst-quencher!

Bottle from Cornelius. Hazy golden body with a white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of lemon, raw potato, lime peel and minerals. Flavour of cucumber and sourdough. Medium body with a smooth, frothy mouthfeel. Soft fizz. A muted and tasty saison.

0.33 l bottle from 'Etre Gourmet', bottled in July 2025. Hazy, golden yellow with a large, foamy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, gently fruity-floral, moderately grassy aroma of hay, lemon peel, dill and gooseberry. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, gently dry, quite fruity-floral and moderately grassy taste of grains, hay, lemon peel, gooseberry, nettles and some dill, followed by a short, moderately bitter, gently dry finish. Thin to medium body, fairly effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Refreshing, dry Saison, quite likeable.

Bottle. Color: Hazy pale golden, large white head. Aroma: Grainy, subtle floral and citrus notes. Taste: Grainy base, wheat and rye malt, herbal and floral notes, subtle citrus and peppery notes. Hoppy backbone. Dry mouthfeel, bone-dry finish. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Moderate sweet, light bitterness going towards over moderate bitterness at the finish. Nice Saison.
