# 4089; 2/2024. Alc. 9%; hops: Chinook, Saaz; no coriander; 20°P, 22 EBC, 51 IBU. Fruity, spicy, apricot aroma, clovy. Murky amber body; lacing beige head. Full body, fruity, apricot, ripe banana, alcohol warmth, spicy, herbal, honey. Very good tripel. 0,33 l, bottel, craft-beer pub, Pilsen (Bohemia, CZ).

Sample at the bermondsey dutch bar. A clear amber orange gold coloured pour with with a good white head. Aroma is semi sweet, clean pale grains, light yeast esters, light apple note, some alcohol,. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, nutty toffee malts, light ape notes, raisin, Warming alcohol. Palate is semi sweet highish carbonation, decent for a triple.

Bottle. Hazy red amber, offwhite cream. Dusty, minerally dry wooden funk nose, fruity caramel, tannins, big body, heavy but drinksble.

Bottle.Clear golden colour with small head.Aroma of bread ond honey sweet and spicy with mild sweet finish and note of grain.

bottiglia 33 cl, 9,0% vol., schiuma beige fine persistente, colore ambrato velato, al naso è intensa aromatica lieviti belgi succo di pera spezie frutta candita lieve ananas, in bocca marmellata di pesche spezie miele note erbacee, corpo rotondo, astringente, carbonazione piatta (nooooo…..😵), alcool ben bilanciato, molto dolce con amaro accentuato. Non è male ma è troppo piatta appiccicosa, poco pulita e raffinata. Mi sarei aspettato di più da De Molen. c. 1001 birre 22.04.23

Bottle from local AH XL. Color: Clear golden, white head. Aroma: Malty, coriander, yeasty notes. Taste: Coriander, spicy, malty, sugary notes, some banana, yeasty hints. Over moderate sweet, moderate bitterness. Hoppy backbone. Just over medium body, just below average carbonation. A bit too spicy in my opinon.

0,33 bottle. Very nice amber color, the head is also beautiful, a finger thick, slightly cream-colored. (Then it subsides, but not completely). A fresh, spicy aroma with candied sugar and hops. Very serious body with little carbonation. Delicious, sweet, juicy. Raisin, a little caramel, as bitter as it should be. Dried cherry, plum flavor, as it warms in your mouth, it will be full of flavors. They hit it right. Alcohol is felt even while drinking. As it warmed, it became even more delicious. Very good use of yeast and hops with a good amount of malt base. I really liked it! Be careful with it, but feel free to taste it!!!

Nagyon szép borostyán szín, a hab is gyönyörű, egy ujj vastag, kicsit krém-színű. (Aztán apad, de nem teljesen). Kandiscukros-komlós friss, fűszeres illat. Kevés szénsav mellett nagyon komoly test. Finom, édes, zamatos. Mazsolás, kicsit karamelles, annyira keserű is, amennyire kell. Aszalt cseresznye, szilva íz, ahogy a szádban melegszik, tele lesz ízekkel. Jól eltalálták. Az alkohol azért érződik, már ivás közben is. Ahogy melegedett még finomabb lett. Nagyon jó élesztő-és komló használat jó adag malátás alap mellett. Nekem nagyon tetszett! Óvatosan vele, de kóstoljuk bátran! Remek desszert sör!!!

Glas geprobeerd bij Brew @ the Zoo. Het is een helder amberkleurig bier met matig schuim. Het aroma is hoppig. De smaak is fruitig en bitter. Nasmaak is ook bitter en hoppig.
