Bottle. Very dark brown. Tan head. Aroma is the chai spice with a roasted grain smell with notes of coffee. Taste is slightly sweet with a coffee bitter finish. Can taste the chai spices also.

12 oz. bottle, thanks to Ian! Dark, opaque, brown color, with no head; just a few bubbles. The aroma is mild roast coffee, chocolate syrup, cinnamon and ginger, and a touch of pine-ish hops. Sweet and lightly roasty, with a mild bitterness that gives it pretty good balance. Medium to heavy body, malty, a bit dry, and clean. This is a pretty simple stout, and the spices don’t overwhelm. Drinks quite easily.

Pour is a black with no head at all. Aroma is a decent almost decadent chai tea with some silky malt. Flavor is more chai spice with a bitter bakers chcocolate. Not much of a sweet lactose here this brewer went all in with the chai spices. Not as lactose forward as other milk stouts but this does have a chai spice to it.
