Keg at the brewery druing RBWG Booze Buseday 20/02/15. Lightly hazed chestnut brown with a decent beige covering. Nose is malt, spice, banana, yeast esters. Taste is a little harsh and unrefined, bitter dark fruit rinds, toffee, light spice, brown bread. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok if a touch harsh at times.

Enjoyed at the 3 Daughters brewery stop of the rbwg2015 bus tour. Poured up on tap where it exhibits an amber to copper colored body that supports a tan head. The aroma offers up raisins and prunes and then a bit of malts and roasted malts. The taste delivers roasted malts, prunes and caramel malts with a touch of chocolate and a faint astringent dryness going into the finish
