For Remy’s Pappy, we filled barrels from an exceptional bourbon distillery with our award-winning Imperial Russian Stout and let them sleep for many months. The transformation results in a beer similar to our original Remy: rich and roasty, with incredible flavors of marshmallow, coconut, and dark fruit, with additional layers of chocolate ganache and rare whiskey goodness. Thnx ! to Bobochamp ! Pours black , smells sweet, oak , bourbon . Low carbo Full, sweet , bourbon , roasted malts . Very complex yet very balanced , with a full body . This is how it should be done boys !

Bottle thanks to bruce. Pours a dark brown with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is strong vanilla, oak, roast, bourbon, dark chocolate. Thick mouthfeel with sweet vanilla, roast, chocolate, booze. Hides alcohol well, so smooth, wow really enjoyed this.
