Draught, sample, at Redoak Boutique Beer Cafe, Sydney, on July 10, 2013.Clear pear color, small bubbly white head. Apple, a bit sweet taste. Medium mouthfeel with low co2, very low bitterness, not very tart either. Light apple aftertaste. Fresh sweet apple scent.
