440ml can from Benny’s place, Kuala Lumpur. Poured almost black in colour with a thin round tan head. The aroma is roasty, herbal, tonka. The flavour is moderate liquorice bitter and sweet with a smooth, rich, roasty, oily, dry coffee, spicy, boozy liquorice bitter palate. Over medium bodied with soft carbonation.

4oz pour in the O'Shea Taproom on 30th July 2025. Lovely malty brew, black bodied with a decent tanned top, sweet coffee leading the way flavour wise. Really enjoyed this.

Black colour, mediumsized brown head. Aroma is biscuits, chocolate, syrup and mild coffee to it. Flavour is nice coffee, roasted malts, alcohol and some syrupy tones. Nicely in balance.

Big bottle. Pours deep black with a settling tab head. Deep roasted coffee and chocolate. Good.

Clear dark mahogany. Small ring of bubbles.
Rich, fruity, robust coffee. Very clean and well-expressed.
Sweet, a bit too sweet for my tastes. Vanilla and zippy coffee with long chocolate fudge. The coffee is delicious and well-done, at least.

Intensiver, mild süßer Beginn. Viel Kaffee, Röstnoten, cremig nach Kakao, Schokolade ohne wirklich zu süß zu sein. Weiter Kaffee, moderat alkoholisch, langer Nachhall mit Haselnuss und viel Malz. Gut. 10/11/12/12//12
