When you want a full-bodied beer, you want a High Rock, named after the High Rock settlement in East Grand Bahama. High Rock Beer is brewed using the German "Purity Law", Malt, Water, Hops and Yeast. This gives it a longer fermentation to help with a smooth full-bodied and bolder tasting larger with no after taste.

Flat and fairly flavorless. Still a nice tick! Thanks Reuben B.

Shared bottle, from the bottle. Aroma and taste of corn, skunk, green apple notes, grass. Fairly typical pale lager.

33 cl bottle from Bristol Wines & Spirits in Nassau, Bahamas. Medium gold color topped by a small creamy white head. Light grainy malt nose. Crisp bittersweet malt flavor. Some hop bitterness in middle. Brief dry finish. Just a slight step up from the typical local swill you find here in the Bahamas. The use of all malt helps ever so little to make this a bit more palatable.

Bottle my Mrs brought back from a Bahaman cruise she was lucky enough to go on. Enjoyed in rare UK sunshine. Pours golden with a white head. Aroma of malt, hop, light caramel. High sweetness, light bitterness. Light body, texture a little creamy. Finish is sweet and vaguely nutty. An average premium lager, but better than mass produced stuff.

Courtesy of Raffaella C. and Marco A. Il gusto al naso produce sentori di orzo.
