It is a bit brett funky and dank to the point where it’s not clean and loses drinkability. Trve denver

On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy orange with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is honey, yeast, clove, banana. Medium body, similar flavors to nose, bubblegum, pure sugar, citrus, very good.

Tap at the brewery, GABF week 2015. Copper color. mild hops. Lightly sweet malt, and it is well balanced. The carbonation seems very low. I did not perceive anything Belgian about this beer. Hops are light.

On tap at the brewery. Aroma has a slightly malty character with light honey, caramel and toasted bread. Moderately strong fruit aromas with pear, apple and a light overripe stone fruit. Faint phenolic character. Pours a slightly cloudy golden orange with a moderately thick white head with nice retention that lingers on the edges. Flavor has a light malty sweetness with some toasted bread and honey. Faint caramel. Moderately strong fruit esters with pear being most prevalent but some overripe stone fruit, light banana and red apple as well. Medium bitterness with faint floral hop flavor. Slightly phenolic. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and medium low alcohol warmth. Overall an alright beer, but too ester forward and a bit too sweet. The beer needs a more prevalent hop and bitterness to balance out the malt.

Clear gold pour - supposedly brewed with a belgian yeast, but it seems pretty clean for that - pils malt is one of the more dominant flavors - light crackery character - medium.dry, with a light bitterness and a light mineral notes - some peppery character in the finish, perhaps from the belgian yeast - clean, easy drinking, fairly good.

Tap @ brewery. Hazy, dark golden appearance with a creamy, off white head. Somewhat floral, a bit spicy, mild fruity aroma. Pretty bitter, herbal/floral, a touch peppery, light fruity, soapy flavor. Eh.
