On handpull at Euston Tap. Pours dark brown. Nutty, biscuit, orange peel, cherry, little sulfur near the end, lingering herbal notes. Good soft body. Decent enough.

Cask - Pours a clear dark amber colour with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, fruit and leafy hops. A moderately sweet taste, caramel, malt and fruity flavours with moderate bitter finish. It's an average bitter.

Historical tick which I am adding as a rate so that I can see the impact it has on my stats. 500 Beers To Try Before You Die. A pub in the City. Decent enough bitter.

Cask at The King's Arms, Waterloo. This seems to be the new name of the same beer that MJ listed in his 500, so I will treat it as one. Deep copper-brown, lace. Lightly malty, bready nose, some caramel, spicy hops with a touch of citrus. Flavor is light, thin, minerally, light caramel, spicy hops. Finish is not all that bitter, medium, but nicely peppery and prickly. Typical bitter but not all that satisfying.
