Typische Belgische Tripel maar wel met een hoppige afdronk door de aromahop: Cascade. Cascade is een populaire hop voor fruitigheid aan het bier.

Bottled 330ml (BB 05/2015)
Thanks bierkoning! Bottle had "De Molen/Alvinne"-syndrome with excessive foam. Slightly hazy amber color and huge off-white head + lace. Malty, yeasty with spicey (white peppery), dusty and alcohol in the nose. Medium-bodied. Yeast, berryish, white peppery and alcoholic flavor. Hops rise in the aftertaste. Quite Belgian Dutch, but way too alcoholic.

Bottle @ home shared with DutchDrebus. Hazy medium orange color, big white head. Smells hoppy at first, then weird like paint, then nice again. Taste is good for a tripel. Nice carbo, medium body.
