On cask at the brewpub. Pours with a hazy orange hued body with a frothy white head that lasts. Aromas are of orange, spicy, hoppy and herbaceous. Thyme, earthy and malty. Flavors are of thyme, herbal, herbaceous, hoppy, medium bitter, dry and floral. Some malt backing. Lasting citrus. Light carbonation. Dry finish. Very interesting and pretty tasty.

Location: Cask at The Birreria at Eataly, 9/4/11

Aroma: The aroma had some hops and spice, along with a bit of earthy
Appearance: This one poured a copper color with some decent lace on the glass
Flavor: The taste was fairly similar to the nose, lightly sweet, medium bitter
Palate: The body is light (toward the medium side), with an average carbonation, and a decent mouthfeel
Overall Impression: Overall, this was a solid American Pale Ale with a bit of a twist from the thyme. I thought it was some pretty decent stuff that worked pretty well for what it was trying to do, but didn't blow me away.
