(33cl bottle) Hazy, ruby brown colour with a big and beige foamy head. Slightly sweet and strong roasted malty aroma with notes of caramel, marzipan, milk chocolate and shy notes of elderberries. Light-sweet flavour with a moderate acidity, medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Roasty malty and slightly fruity taste with light notes of caramel and licorice. Light-bitter roasty and fruity tart finish. Drinkable (02.III.09).

Bottled. Hazy brown colour with mediumsized beigeish brown head. Aroma is caramel malts, some dark dry fruits, wood and yeast. Flavour is quite the same with the yeastiness being quite strong. Some mild licorice notes once it gets warmer.
