All the good stuff and just a little bit more. Michigan Brewing Company is proud to offer this thick and creamy stout with all the roasted, coffee-like flavor you can handle. Need we say more?

On tap at MBC. Dark brown, opaque body, medium creamy light cream head leaving plenty of lacing. Dry roasted malt aroma that carried over and dominated the flavor, which also included a touch of chocolate but was otherwise quite dry and roasty. Medium-bodied and rich with a bit of acidity related to the roasted barley. A by-the-books stout that is well-made but doesn’t distinguish itself from the pack.

Draft, at MBC taproom. Has a burnt coffee smell, but in a nice way. This seems to be even darker than a G**nness (sorry, I'm tired of seeing their Ad by Google pop up every time it's mentioned). A reak dark roast coffee smell and taste.

Almost black. Roast, coffeeish, toasted bagels. Harsh, astingent. Ugh....
