A very good choice for those who are not keen on a typical beer taste. Very easy to drink and very refreshing. Yuzu is a Japanese lemon. During brewering, only the peel is used to steep inside the Lambic.

Bottle. Pours cloudy amber. Aroma is rosemary, thyme, sage. Body is medium and very weird. Earth, yuzu, herbs and spices. Lemon acidity, zesty. Umami. Short dry acidic palate.

Bottle at salthorse. Pours golden amber, nose is lemon, yuzu, funky, oak, taste is pickled onion, tart citrus, oak.

Shared 750 ml corked & capped green bottle, vintage 2013, at local tasting, thanks to gunnar. Bottle No. 481 out of 1200. ABV is 5.5%. Golden to orange colour, small white head. Lovely aroma of yuzu fruit, lemons and farmhouse, hints of spices. Moderate carbonation. Flavour of yuzu, lemons, brettanomyces, hints of spices. Astringent. Very, very good.

Fra flaske (nr. 481 av 1200) på RBHD-samling hos Odd Gunnar, april-17: nyyydelig aroma av japanske citroner - en annerledes og krydret aroma enn det vi er vant til. Smaken likeså, i en fin maltkropp. En lekker munnrens, vi griper begjærlig etter glassene mens godlydene brer seg. Kveldens store overraskelse - takk til Odd Gunnar for denne! Lett uklar solgul led kort skum. Årgang 2013.

Shared bottle at RB/HD at Gunnar´s 18.04.17. Clear golden. White head. Excellent aroma of lemon juice. Complex taste and strong lemon taste and lemongrass. Good drinkability. Excellent!!!

Bottle, 75 75cl. 2013 vintage, bottle 862/1200. It’s an almost clear one, pale golden in color and with an off-white head. Soapy, citrusy, lemon and grapefruit, aroma with notes of bread and perfume. Even some wood notes. It’s dry and tart on the palate, medium bodied. Soapy, citrusy flavor with a perfumed, woody hint. Lots of citrus. Lasting citrus dominated finish. Overall, sure nice, but a bit soapy I think. 160102

KRS/KØLF 020116. Golden colour with a white head. Aroma is citrus, yuzu. Flavour is citrus, yeast, yuzu, fruit, lemon, wood. Nice beer.
