Was sold as testbrygd #1 at Københavnske Øldage. Has also been known as Slottskällans Amarillo Blonde.

500ml Bottle in January 2008 (Pikkulintu, Helsinki) Golden in colour with a slightly hoppy and citrus aroma. Some lemon and pleasant hoppiness in the taste. Had mistakenly entered this as Slottskallans Blond which was merged with Roslager. Corrected it and added the rating to the correct beer.

(Draught at Pikkulintu on 2008-11-07) Pale amber. Clear. Fruity nose with teabag aroma. Medium bodied and little bit dry palate with little carbonation. Fruitiness, malts, white bread and grass in taste. Malty, bitter and fruity aftertaste.

Draft at Stockholm Beer Festival 2007. A dark murky golden beer with an orangey head. The aroma is sweet with notes of hops and grass as well as a light touch of spices. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of citrus and grass, leading to a dry and rather bitter finish.

Blond color. Very nice and fruity hop aroma. Dry mouthfeel, a bit of sweetness, good hopping; if it was not for some yeast fruitness, it would be close to a good Pilsner. Good.

(Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm 3 July 2007) Golden yellow colour with a firm white head. Nose starts with fruity hops, notes of mandarin and orange, turning into a slightly grainy, malty aroma. Fruity taste with orange and mandarin, turns into the same grainy, malty character as in the aroma (it seems to turn up in all of their beers). Ends with fruity, floral hops in a fresh, but rather short finish. Below medium body, balanced sweetness. Complex balance between malt and hops. Light but very tasty and fresh, making a very nice summer brew. Accessible but still with a bite in the taste.

Draught. Slightly spicy, but mostly boring aroma. Golden colour, small white head. The flavour is rather interesting with a bit of horse or perhaps old hay, along with a little aroma hops and caramelly sugar.

Draught. Dark honey golden, small white head. Nice fresh grass in the nose. Flowery hoppy flavor, long bitter aftertaste. Served too cold, but this is closer to bitter than boring blond ale.

Draught at The Rover May 13, Gothenburg Sweden. A "Demo brew" made from the brewery without it being a new beer intended for the market so to speak. Clear golden color, lasting white head. Lots of hops in the scent from Amarillo hops. Lots and lots of Amarillo hops in the taste. Very nice flavor indeed! Medium body and good bitterness. Compared to their other brands a hughe step in the right direction!
