From bottle @ De Prael. Golden color. Grapes and oak in the aroma. Sour flavor with grapes, some rest sweetness, honey and lemon. Hint of oak. Good, maybe needs a bit more complexity.

(Bottle sample @ MBCC 2017 Green Session, Copenhagen) Pours hazy orange-gold with a white head. Notes of sweet-tart white grapes, fruity/touch juicy with the character you'd expect from Riesling/Muscat, touch of green apple, moderate citrus acidity, solid blanket of barnyard, moderate wood, musty basement, bare touch acetic, yeasty spice and light sulphur, grape skin/vinous finish, soft tannin, pretty dry but tart. Medium bodied, soft tingling carb. Properly lovely, I think the best white grape Bokkereyder in terms of being in a typical lambic rather than wine-dominated style.

Deep ruby-brown opaque beer; no head but a pink rim. Red fruit, homemade fruitwine, old wood, very fruity nose. Tart, fruity flavour, red fruit, pichet with too much acid. Acidthinning, fruit-filled, no carbonation. Very good, but not as the classical lambics. 8/4/7/3/15
