Bottle shared at Koelschip. Hazy orange, no head. Lambic funk, white grapes, mineral, green apple, lightly mouldy, sulphur, dry. Great stuff, really nice funk, constant throughout.

Bottle - Vinous red notes and some petrol notes. Deep clear red. Red wine skin, dry and decent acidity. Dry and very vinous with just a hint of lambic funk and sourness

Beautiful fruity leathery rubbery funk nose. Fresh, sour, fruity & funky taste. Soft, fairly flat & tiny oily mouthfeel. Extremely drinkable

Bottle - Earthy peat and some petroleum with funk. Clear gold with no head. Petroleum and some white grape notes. Complex and nice.

(Bottle sample @ CBC 2016 Green Session, Copenhagen) Pours purplish red with a small pinkish head. Aroma of red grapes, tart red berries, barnyard funk, wood. Flavour of tart red grapes and currants, vinous with a little residual sweetness for balance, some dusty, barnyard-y sort of funk, wood, dry finish. Still, medium bodied. Nice stuff, good wine concentration!

Aroma is moderate to light heavy berries - fruity - grapes, barnyard, leather, funky, wood - oak. Flavor is moderate sweet and acidic with a long long duration, barnyard, citric - lemony tart, tart berries ala cheery - raspberry, grapes - red grapes, wood - oak, funky, super dry.
