From bottle at Mikkeller and Friends / Koelschip, Copenhagen. Hazy orange color with white head. Yeasty aroma, funky, barnyard, tart fruity, stone fruits, citrusy, wood. Sweet and acidic taste like aroma. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

0,05l from bottle at mbcc green session shared by / with the crew. orange hazy color, small white head. smells quite funky, barnyard, bit grassy, leathery, quite cheesy, very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes grassy, green apples, rather citric, some, leathery. finishes dry and medium sour with notes of grass, citrus and some funk. great one. 8, 4, 8, 3, 17

Bottle shared at Koelschip. Hazy orange, no head. Lambic funk, white grapes, mineral, green apple, lightly mouldy, sulphur, dry. Great stuff, really nice funk, constant throughout.

Bottle - Vinous red notes and some petrol notes. Deep clear red. Red wine skin, dry and decent acidity. Dry and very vinous with just a hint of lambic funk and sourness

Beautiful fruity leathery rubbery funk nose. Fresh, sour, fruity & funky taste. Soft, fairly flat & tiny oily mouthfeel. Extremely drinkable

75 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is tannins, herbal and winegrapes. Thick fruity, wineous. Sour, fruity, wineous and acidic. Lingering fruity and dry sours into the finish.

(Bottle sample @ CBC 2016 Green Session, Copenhagen) Pours purplish red with a small pinkish head. Aroma of red grapes, tart red berries, barnyard funk, wood. Flavour of tart red grapes and currants, vinous with a little residual sweetness for balance, some dusty, barnyard-y sort of funk, wood, dry finish. Still, medium bodied. Nice stuff, good wine concentration!

Bottle 750ml. corked. [ As Bokkereyder Druiven 2015 ].Clear dark red color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white - pink head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy berries - fruity - grapes, barnyard, leather, funky, wood - oak. Flavor is moderate sweet and acidic with a long long duration, barnyard, citric - lemony tart, tart berries ala cheery - raspberry, grapes - red grapes, wood - oak, funky, super dry. 75 cl bottle. Pours hazy red with a pink head. Aroma is dry fruity, citric and mellow fruity. Smooth fruity. Lingering and citric. Fruity far finish. Mellow fruity. Citric and smooth cherry to raspberry fruity finish.
