Golden sour beer aged in oak barrels with bushels of peaches and a dash of apricots. We formed layers of bright stonefruit character by blending a unique mix of microorganisms with our fondness for apricots and peaches. This golden sour beer features an aroma of fresh dewy peach skins with flavors of fresh juicy peaches and a hint of tart apricots.

Bottle thanks to Rob. Pours a cloudy yellow gold with small white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is strong stone fruit, oak, low acidity, really nice.

Bottle. Pours hazy golden, small fizzy white head, dissipates quickly with a bit of lacing. Aroma is funky stonefruit, lacto tart, apricot and peach skin, a hint of yogurt, Brett. Flavor is medium tart, loads of stonefruit, medium yogurt funkiness. Medium body, bubbly carbonation. This competes with any of the world class peach sours you care to name. Very high quality beer; deserving of recognition. Glad to see that TRB is dialing back the acidity somewhat per the recommendation of their customers.

On draft at the Rare Barrel. It pours a nice glowing yellow color with a small white head. The aroma has some sweaty peach skin and tart apricots. Really good fruit character. The flavor has huge tartness with noticeable oak and mild clean funk. Very lemony with sour apricots. Very puckering. No off flavors. Great fruit and oak character. A good one from RB.
