500ml Bottle (Thanks Cunningham) - Pale pink with a very foamy pinkish white head. Blueberries and yoghurt in the aroma. Bready and fairly sweet taste, not so sour, with blueberry and white baguette detected.

Shared bottle at home. Pours reddish pink with big pink head. Aroma of yogurt, light bread, blueberries. Taste sour with balancing sweetness. Thin bodied and refreshing.

Lys burgunder klar med lys rosa skum. Lukter korn, mye gjær, hvete og noe bær. Lett syrlig, yoghurt, blåbær er noe mer framme i smaken og noe gjær. Mye kullsyre. Kort.

500ml bottle, #232, from Gulating Ølutsalg, Tromsø. Rosy-pink head dissipating over a misty, reddish coloured body. Spotty lacing. Berry-fruity nose, dry. Tart red and blue berries to the taste buds offset by sweet softness to the ending. Clean in the mouth. Refreshing, but not for me really (02.04.2017).

Flaske 500ml fra Eurospar Tomasjord. Drukket på Lillehøgda 19 Mar 17. Rødblå. Middels høyt lett rosa skum. Litt lacing. Aroma av bær. Smaken stikkelsbær. Syrlig. Litt tørr etter hvert. Vassen.

Bottle. A quite clear, candy-red beer with a small pinkish white head. Rather mash-like aroma with a pleasant lemony, raspberry-like fruityness. Quite fruity, berry-ish flavor too, lightly acidic and tart, with a touch of pale malts and mash in the back. Medium body and a soft carbonation, dry, with a lasting tart, fruity, berry-like finish. A bit boring, sort of, but refreshing and quenching. 170310

Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, nice clear light reddish color. Aroma is slightly sour-ish, minerals, sour grass, hay, winegum, moss, hints of blueberries. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish, soda powder, minerals, grass, fruit salt, hay, berry skin, unripe blueberries. Medium bitterness, slightly sour-ish dry mouthfeel. Kind of boring. Too fresh I guess...

Skum/kullsyre: Tynt dekkende skum.
Smak: Frisk syrlig med smak av blåbær.

Nice clear purple color with a big frothy PINK head. Good lacing. Fine intensity in the aroma. Medium light body and a fine carbonation level. Pleasant acidity. Maybe a bit heavy for some. Nice berry profile in the flavor. Also lactic, green apples and some biscuit.
