A farm house wheat beer dry hopped with azacca and amarillo to provide notes of honeydew, peaches and grapefruit. Layered with our house yeast character, the presence of wheat offers a soft finish.

Bottle from September release, drunk 10/10/12.
Deep straw-yellow body shows high clarity w sediment left in the bottle. White head is rather feeble and fizzles out quickly.
Fruity in the nose with odd powdered sugar and light corn meal-like notes beneath. Nectarines, golden delicious apple, lime and light hints of pine with a woody, vegetal character as well. No alcohol but there could be some slight off flavors maybe resulting from the bottle refermentation in process.
It fares pretty poorly in the mouth with saccharine-like sweetness a very fizzy carbonation and strange bubble gum-like esters. Cereal and honey-like character from the malt and other grains without any big bitterness from the hops. I suspect this one needs a good deal more time in the bottle.

500 ml bottle purchased at Redstone Liquors, Andover location. Massively carbonated in a nearly clear yellow, huge lasting bubbly foam. Aroma is light herbal hops, subtle pale grain, weak.
The body is light and crisp with a lively mouthfeel. Dry texture with the hops very subtle in the finish. The flavor has honey, pale toasted grains, and a little herbal astringent aftertaste. The yeast and hops don’t really marry well together. It smelled better than the flavor showed me.
