Bottle, a few different occasions. Lightly hazy golden with white head. Very fruity and grape forward, light sweetness, honey, some floral minerality. Vinous, funky, woody, super balanced. Excellent stuff.

Bottle. Grote Dorst. Hazed, lemon gold. Lively white head dissipates fully. Nose has died grapefruit rind. Pot pourri. White wine dregs. Mouldy lemon. Some apple skin. Taste is tart, dry, and moderately acetic. Flicker of sweetness on the lips. Super cleansing on the palate. Brisk, fine carbonation (despite the bottle opening with no pop whatsoever). Tart, dry, vinous and super clean finish.

Sampled during the Wine + Bokke event . This one was paired with a ' Cinque campi Terbianc 2017, Italian , 100% Terbianc ' wine ( white, natural wine ) . The idea was to showcase the similarities between wine and beer in 4 set, this set was about minerality. The beer apparently was OK before, but really started to shine with some age on it, and is now officialy of Bokke-level goodness ;) . The beer pours unclear, peachy amberblonde. Smell is very , very funky. Fruity, tad mineral indeed, oranges, white grapes. Taste is sharp, tart, very fruity, oranges, citrussy. Dry mouthfeel, medium carbo, medium full bodied. Much better to me than the wijngaard versions I had before.

Sampled at Wild Festival Groningen. Hazy golden with white head. Nice deep funk, soft white grapes, oak, sour wheat. It has lovely funk and some nice grapes but the grapes are not too strong. Medium sour, light sweet and bitter. Solid medium bodied with sparkly carbonation and dry tannic finish. Cool.
