Bottle split with the Wingman at Muted Horn, Berlin, 11/07/19. Murky orange with a decent off white covering. Nose is funk, pissy knickers, barnyard esters, green berry must. Taste comprises damp wood, grape must, funk, dry rot, farmyard esters, green berry skins, stoned fruits. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a touch of acidity. Beautifully balanced Lambic.

2016 vintage bottle at Ammutsøn, Vienna, bottled February 2018. Golden-orange, moderate hazy body, with a small, yellowish head. Aroma of funk, horse blanket, wood, sweet and spicy white grapes, apples. Tastes quite similar, with more cheesy funk. Medium, slick, with a quite lively carbonation. Finishes dry, wooden, medium acidic, a bit sweet, funky, a bit vinous, with green apple skin, grapes. Tasty! Beautiful funk notes, combined with sweet and spicy, elegant grapes and smooth wood. Greatly balanced, with just the right amount of acidity. 9 / 4 / 8 / 4 / 17

0,1l at Method Goat event at Gebrande Winning. Yellow hazy color, small white head. Smells of berry notes, grapes, light tannins, elder flowers, bit citric. Lovely smell. Medium body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. Tastes of elder flowers, light grape notes, grassy, light wood, light tannins, bit lactic. Finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of citrus, elder flowers and some grape notes. Very very lovely beer 9, 4, 8, 4, 17 Rerate 17.12.2020: 0,75l bottle at home. Vintage 2016. orange almost clear color, small white fast disolving head. smells funky, cheesy, grapes, wood, some stone fruits, bit peachy. very nice smell. full body, pearly spritzy carbonation. tastes of citrusy lindemans lambic, nicely funky, some peach and stone fruits, cheesy, slowly some barrel notes creep in, after a while also slowly some grape notes come through, obvious riesling notes with some spicy wine elements, subtle tannins, minerals. finishes quite dry with spicy, funky and cheese notes. very fun bottles, lots of layers, nice funky level. 8, 4, 9, 5, 18
