Bottle, 750 ml at charity tasting Wien 2022. Shared with Miro B, Werckmeister and others. Red with some orange hazy, small white head. Spicy, peaches, cardamom, medium sourness, juicy. Quite unusual at first, but liked the spicy twist and how it developed with time.

Flaska på Örebro Ölhall, vintage 2018. Klarröd med liten vit krona. Rena och klara smaker. Mycket jordgubb i början, surt, med fin persikoton. Känner inte direkt av kardemumman. Efter en stund i glaset så blir persikan ännu tydligare, som att bita i en syrlig och juicig persika. Snygg kombo av vita och röda persikor. Fantastiskt gott och samtidigt så lättdrucket. Otroligt bra.

Pours unclear , peachy red. Small white head. Smell is full, cardemom (medium intense ) . Taste is full, intensely tart, cardamom is there, but doesn't overpower. Milder fruityness. Rich aroma, mild sourness. Very dry, medium mouthfeel. medium to medium high carbo.

Bottle @ Gebrande Winning. Pours lightly desaturated red with a pink head. Notes of red peaches, cardamom, oak, vanilla, light funk, vinous tannic finish. Works so well with the spice and the fruit! Yeahboi!
Plenty of peach, some cardamom and plenty of acidity. Doesn’t quite manage to integrate the flavours. It’s good but not quite there. Age will help to integrate everything perhaps?

750 ml bottle, vintage 2018, bottled Jan 2019. Many thanks to Werckmeister! Reddish, medium hazy body, with a medium, yellowish head. Aroma with lots of peach and kardamom, red apples, citrus, wood. Tastes similar. Medium, slick mouthfeel, with an average carbonation. Finishes spicy, fruity, dry, medium sweet, with kardamom, peach, citrus, some wood. Tasty. Really interesting, with lots of peach and kardamom, which works very well. Not so much Lambic character though. Really fresh and fun stuff, while not among my favourite Bokkes. Score: 8 / 4 / 8 / 4 / 16
