Fairly thin, oily, sweet, boozy. Dark chocolate and vanilla, pretty malty, rich, smooth. Very nice.

Can from Tavour. Pours dark brn/blk with a slight tan head. Aroma of vanilla, burnt malt, anise and date. Med plus body. Flavor is bourbon/whiskey, vanilla, chocolate, burnt malt, anise, dark fruit notes. Not dry, but not sticky. Burnt for bitter. And whiskey also for that. Tasty stuff.

Can thanks to Matt. Pours a very dark briwn with small beige head that kasts. The aroma is strong dark fruit, licorice, vanilla, bourbon. Slick body, licorice, raisin, vanilla, toffee, boozy hot finish, very nice.

Can via the brewery, shared with the Abz dream. The aroma is darkest brown to black with a decent tan head. The aroma is sweet and intoxicating.... big vanilla filth, vanilla fudge, toffee, chocolate gateaux, roasted malt, coffee grounds, milky vanilla coffee, maple glazed donuts and vanilla cake frosting. The taste is slick, rich roasted malt, thick, toasty, bitter - sweet, warming roast, big hit of vanilla, vanilla fudge, toffee, cake frosting, earthy, coffee grounds, gateaux, warming alcohol and toasted spice with a roasty vanilla finish. Fulsome body, moderate carbonation and slick mouth feel. Works really well. Thick and fulsome.

Purchased at Bottles and Cans in Chicago, IL; enjoyed at home on a frigid January afternoon prior to watching football all day, very cozy. Appearance is pitch black with motor oil consistency and a light off-white head. Aroma is a great mix of rich vanilla, chocolate, and light bourbon. Taste is phenomenal, oak comes out a bit more and the vanilla addition is welcomed. Very good stuff.

Black with a brown head. Sweet with toasty malt, vanilla and chocolate. Very long finish. Full bodied and smooth.
