(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, pale golden colour with a huge and slightly off-white foamy head. Aroma of Belgian yeast, mildly bready malt, sugar, subtle citric notes and spicy hops. Slightly bitter-tart flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. A bit slim and dry malty base with herbal hoppy and phenolic spice; rather slim, dry and moderately bitter hoppy finish. Has something of a lighter Tripel. 11.I.14

Bottle shared with Dutchdrebus, Ansjelaah and Joes. Hazy yellow to light orange color, medium sized white head. Aroma is yeasty and slightly sourish. Taste lightly malts, lightly bitter, some grains in the finish. Medium body and carbonation.

33 cl. bottle @ Bierkaffee ’t Middelpunt in Zolder. Okay glass, label looks pretty cheap to me. Pours light golden with a stable & creamy white head. Nose is yoghurt & thick BE yeast, sweet white bread with some esters, some bitter white pepper. Taste is bitter ester but not harsh or anything, some BE / mainland EU hops, yeast, BE yeast is quite heavy with yoghurt notes, white bread, white sugar sweet, finish is med. BE bitter with some spices & light boozy. Body is yeast. Nothing to fault here, solid but very dull & average honestly. Nothing to complain about but nothing to get exited about other, technically flawless work. Not really picking up on the oat here, I could get some if I tried but I do not think that they add anything.

15/X/13 - 33cl bottle from Willems (Grobbendonk) @ home - BB: 30/V/15 (2013-975)
Little cloudy yellow to beige beer, big fluffy white irregular head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: pretty bad, urine smell when pouring the beer, then more fruity, phenols, hay, bit spicy. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: fruity start, banana, little sweet, malty, citrus, bitter hops, grassy, cow stable. Aftertaste: grapefruit, citrus, spicy, very nice bitter hops, grassy, nice ending.
