Two Row and Munich malt lay the groundwork for a simple, medium bodied malt profile, while a combination of Northwest and Southern Hemisphere hops add a tropical, citrus bouquet. Let the character of the Northwest enchant your pallet with this quintessential example of what hop country has to offer. Alphadelic IPA, true Northwest.

650ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow.-ish golden colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Citrusy hoppy aroma with a minimally chalky touch, notes of lemon, lemon zest. Taste is citrusy hoppy, notes of lemon and lemon zest again, some candied lemon zest: Though only en route in lemon regions in now way monotonous: intones the entire clavier of lemon notes, starting from tart via bitter to end at salty, spicy and soapy.

Can from Messrs Barley Malt & Hops, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a slightly hazy light amber with a frothy white head and a few bubbles. The aroma is grassy hop, big citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter with a super hoppy, light spice, citrus palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Fresh and fruity. Really enjoyed this.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has a nice bitter citrus note with a bit of grapefruit and earthy grains. Flavor has bitter citrus with grains and a bit of grapefruit underlying.

Can. Golden color, topped with a monster off-white head. Lots of sticky lacing. Nose is aromatic with citrus and pine, light tropical fruit bits. Strong hoppy flavor, lightly sweet and moderate to heavy bitters. Feels heavy and wet. Solid.
