Bottle. Better Beer Of The Month Club. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of citric and piney hops, a bit stale. Flavor has some sweetish malt, a touch of marmalade, and bitter piney and citric hops, slightly stale. Medium-bodied. Decent, but probably better fresher.

Bottle from Bev Mo Sunnyvale. Unclear gold color with a thick, frothy, off white head. Pine, resin leads the way with plenty of citrus as well. Minimal sweetness, mostly hop bitterness. Malt presence of fairly light. As it warms, citrus becomes stronger, taking over for the pine. Pretty solid IPA.

This was poured into a becher pint glass.
The appearance was a semi-hazy to burnt somewhat golden orange color with a one finger white foamy head that dissipated extremely slowly. Some bubbles here and there inside of the foaminess.
The smell started off with some faded grassy to citrus hops sliding into a crisp sweet caramel malt backbone.
The taste was moderately sweet to bitter through the prior mentioned flavors. Citrusy hoppy to semi-malty aftertaste runs into a dry finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a decent crisp sweet sessionable feel about it. Carbonation seems decent for the style and to me.
Overall, its a pretty good AIPA. Maybe not one to seek and destroy on a daily basis, but I could have it again. I do have to admit, this almost seemed a bit old, but there’s no bottling date, so, my words stand.

On tap at Boise pub. Pours out a orangeish golden topped with a fluffy head. Nose is fruit citrus pine and a nice malty sweetness. Taste is more of the fruit mix and a piny bitterness on the end. A solid ipa always.
