Our Pale Ale recipe though higher in ABV than your classic English pale ale was designed thinking of it. Once was the most famous style of beer in the UK during the Victorian era also known as the "bitter".

Medium body, malty sweetness of dark toasted Bread. Earthy Hop flavor brought by the noble UK hops. Medium Dark Chocolate bitterness with a biscuity & grapefruit aroma copper color. Medium Carbonation.

Draught at Books@cafe. Honey gold with a medium head. Aroma of honey malt. Flavour is light spiced bitter malt, fruity, dry bitter finish.

12 oz. bottle shared by Stacey. Bottled April 2018. Aroma shows oxidation. Tastes almost identical to the blonde ale from this brewery. Stale malt, weak yeast, then bodied. Considering the age of the bottle not awful.

Bottled 4/9/18, drunk 12/8/18.
Clear, pale bronze with a small white head showing low retention.
In the nose it smells of bread, cracker, vegetal, green hops and light pine. Oxidized and malty with obviously too long before drinking.
Dry and malty with biscuit and cracker. Clean and with no resin and light apple from the yeast. Hints of lemon and grapefruit with a soft texture. Light carbonation. Obviously not in its prime but clean and well-brewed.

Taster at the brewery. Slightly cloudy, gold amber colored. AROMA- low, biscuity, lightly fruity. FLAVOR- neutral, bitter, toasted malts, lightly fruity, floral. Medium to fuller bodied.
Quite good.

Beers of the World country 93: Jordan 🇯🇴

"And this beer really delivers. The beer is hazy dark orange in colour with a tiny foam lining. It has a nice hoppy and fruity taste with a nicely balanced bitter finish.
