Аромат сладкий, в основе карамель, также ощущается немного квашенной кислоты. Цвет многогранный, красно-коричневый с совсем легкой пеной с большими пузырями. Вкус по началу очень сладкий, даже не скажу что это типичная карамель, скорее концентрированный коричневый сахар. Но самое необычное начинается в послевкусие, к сладкому и продолжительному уже оттенку, добавляется неистовая квашенная кислота, образуя уникальный, слегка изощренный торнадо у вас во рту. Дико на любителя. Но мне понравилось.

355ml bottle from Beers of Europe. A neck wrapper, cap and a cork, maybe they could encase the bottle in concrete just to be on the safe side. My first Faro Lambic and there only seems to be 19 current beers in this style. Pours a clear brown with brief fizzy white head which didn't last long. Aroma is yeasty, sweet, apple puree baby food, berries. Interesting. Taste is sweet, tangy, apple, cherry, berry, caramel, light sourness. Medium bodied, slightly syrupy, high carbonation. Very fruity and tasty. Definitely a top 50 Faro!

Bottle with crowncap and cork 0,75 ltr: Clear amber coloured brew, if he sugar is not added in this beer it will be to sour. This beer have some hints of apples, wooden beer barrel and sugar.

Redish brown color with creamy head. Apple, cider, yeast, malt aroma. Moderate sweet and bit sour. Average body, bit dry with fruity finish

So a Faro is a sweetened lambic apparently. Nice sweet/sour combo of flavours.

Color ámbar rojizo, espuma blanca, algo rosácea, de mediana retención. Nada más abrir la botella me llega al olfato un agradable aroma, acercando la nariz se percibe frutos rojos, miel, cereales, caramelo...huele muy rico. En boca me ha sorprendido para bien, entra suave, ligeramente efervescente, y va desprendiendo poco a poco una acidez y un agridulce asidrado que activa las glándulas salivales e impregna el paladar con sabores a caramelo afrutado, frutos rojos, dátiles, fruta de dragón (Pitahaya), manzana verde, chupa chup de cereza, frutos secos, pasas... Un auténtico placer esta cerveza, la única pega que le puedo poner es que dura muy poco, 250ml para mi se me hacen cortos, me ha dado mucha lástima cuando se me ha acabado esta delicia, me habría gustado disfrutarla por más tiempo y en mayor cantidad.

Lássuk ez egyik klasszikus lambicot. Kitöltve a habja azonnal eltűnt, színe rozsda-vörös, erőteljesen szénsavasnak tűnik. Szőlő, boros, mazsolás, konyakos illat. Első kortynál máris testesebb mint vártam, főleg az alkohol-fokhoz képest. A hozzáadott kandis-cukor töményebbé és szénsavasabbá is tette. Savanyú, de mégis gyümölcsös, pikáns. Mazsolás, édes, aszúboros hatás. Ez finom volt!
