An India pale ale to round off the current selection of Feral pale ales. Hophog is an American-style IPA with strong pine needle and citrus aroma followed by an aggressive bitterness and a dry finish.

Orange/copper with a white head. Aroma is chock full of citrus and pine hops, a decent helping of caramel malt. Medium body that has a smooth carbonation level. Flavor lacks the punch that the aroma has, but is still quite nice. Sweet malts, pine, candied citrus fruit. A very enjoyable IPA.

Bottle at SQUE Rotisserie & Alehouse, Singapore
Hazy amber color, frothy head. The aroma is a bit fruity and malty. The malt and caramel flavor is a bit stale, moderate residual sweetness, correct bitterness, with hop fruits and resins in small quantities; a bit like American IPAs from the 90’s.

Little hazy orange beer, aery off-white head, unstable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very piny, citrus, bit sweet, ripe fruits, bit soapy. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: very lovely citrus flavours, piny, sweet ripe fruits, nice bitterness, some grapefruit. Aftertaste: very fruity, piny hops as well, bit grassy, citrus, some grapefruit. Seriously, this is a very lovely beer!

Hazy tan-amber, thin head. Aroma is piney, rich citrus, rosemary, sage. Taste is actually a bit green and yeasty. The hops are on point - rich, pithy, with citrus liveliness, but the malts don’t have a refined character.
