Flaske 0,33l spandert av og delt med Rune under seanse hos ham 7 Jan 13. Gylden. OK luftig skum. God fruktig aroma. Plommer. Smaken det samme, men går over i en frisk syrlig bitterhet.

330ml bottle picked up at Kris Wines in London. Shared with Finn at a rating session back home. Clear, amber coloured body. Firm off-white head. Aroma of sweaty hops and mid-sweet malts. Plain hop fruity taste of orange and grapefruits added by earthy malts. Smooth bitter endnotes. Medium bodied. Satisfying (Tromsø, 07.01.2013).

Bottle at home in London. Pours perfectly clear, red-gold with a strong, frothy white head. Nose holds sweet, bready malts, some ripe fruits, berries, perhaps a nip of cheese. Medium sweet flavor with a prominent malt foundation, upon which sit a smattering of leafy hops, ripe orange and mango, perhaps some strawberry, hints of pine, definitely some berries. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Fairly sweet and lightly sticky to finish, with a surprisingly bitte edge that borders on abrasive, with more bready, slightly cerealy malts, some tangy prunes, toasted grass. It’s OK and pretty interesting.

Cask at Craft Beer Co - Clerkenwell on 19th October 2012. Copper-amber with off-white foam. Hoppy aroma with cheesy yeasts. Richly hoppy liquid with herby hoppiness, fine grapefruits and citric zest. Curious apple note late, but this did not kill the beer. Fruity, zesty finish and a zingy mouthfeel.

Cask at St Albans beer festival 2012. An amber coloured pour with a small white head on top. Fruity, hoppy aroma. Tastes slightly hoppy, fruity, butterscotch. Something rather strange about this one, it did not go down well, in fact I poured half of it away.
