473ml can. Pours a hazy gold-orange with a large, frothy, long lasting, off-white head that leaves lots of chunky lace. Sweet fruity aroma of wheat malt, caramel, orange, grapefruit rind, tropical fruit and piney hops. Sweet fruity flavour of wheat malt, caramel, pineapple, orange, grapefruit, melon and pine resin in a dry, bitter, hoppy finish. Medium body with a smooth, oily texture and average carbonation. Tasty.

Aroma of bright tropical fruits. Has a good white foam and mellow gold liquid with some carbonation. Flavour is nice big juicy sourness and heavy hops. Medium on the mouth, good oiliness. It's a nice IPA on the sour side.

Taster at the brewery. Pours a clear golden with a white head. Aroma is tropical fruits with some citruses and slight sweet notes. Similar taste with biscuity notes. This one is good.

Draft pour at Powell. A clean, bright golden orange pour. Juicy citrus forward aroma. Flavor is a juicy citrus as well, bitter, but not over the top. Melon and grapefruit. Cool and clean finish. Not the most unique IPA ever, but done solid. Enjoyed this, but it doesn't exactly suggest NE in my opinion

Cloudy orange amber under a fluffy white head that fades slowly and leaves sparse lace. Nose is big citrus and melon with orange peel at the fore. Light sweet malt base supporting a juicy citrus bitterness. Mouth is medium with average carbonation and a long bitter finish. 8/3+/8-/3+/15

Bottle - Nice tropical notes with some Mandarin oil. Clear gold with a rich beige head. Fruity and lots of orange with some light bitterness. As I get to the bottom of the bottle it gets hazy and much more flavorful. This bottle may need a shake before pouring.

Draught at 12 Kings, Vancouver
Cloudy to murky, blond, with small creamy head. Nice aroma, citrus peel, hint of tropical, a dash of musk. Smooth mouthfeel, seems quite dry; there is some timid malt flavor, but it’s the right malt for this beer; the hopping is very resiny, piney, a bit citrusy; the wheaty character is very moderate.
Compared to other East Coast IPAs in Vancouver, this one is much less chalky, more bitter (better balance) without being pithy, and less juicy.
Very good.
