Cask at CBC Clerks - London. Pours clear yellow-gold with a frothy, white head. Nice pissy hop aroma, zesty lemon, grapefruit. Light sweet flavour with nice lemony hops, biscuits, hay, subtle grass. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Good balance in finish, some tropical notes, more pee, lemon, biscuits, a little straw, pale bread. Nice one.

Cask at CBC Clerko for the tap takeover. A clear mid golden coloured pour with a lasting loose white head. Aroma is sweet jammy citrus fruit, orange marmalade with hints of bark and pine. Flavour is composed of semi sweet Base malts, little biscuit, woody earthy citrus lemon, pine and. bark. Assertive hop bitterness palate is semi sweet, lowish cask condition. Good hoppy gear.

Cask at the Cock Tavern, 14/01/14. Golden with a moderate white covering that thins to the edge. Nose is mandarin, orange, light hops, toasted malt. Taste comprises orange pith, mineral bite, light spice, tangy citric, earthy hops. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying bitterness in the closure. Decent enough GB.

Cock Tavern. Cask. Delighted to find this 366 experimental hop pale ale available. Less than amused when I tasted it. It’s a lightly hazy gold beer with a small white head. Palate is smooth but has barely no carbonation. Smooth pale malt. Big acetic pears and apples. Light orange underneath. Light finish. Too acetic to be drinkable. Barely touched my half - bleh!
