Cask at the Southampton Arms. Pours clear dark golden with a small white head. Aroma of fudge, biscuity malt and toffee. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with flat carbonation.

Cask-conditioned at the Barley Mow, Bristol 20/12/2013. Pale gold with a decent white head. Big, grapefruit and hopsack aroma with a hint of sweetness. Flavour had more tropical fruits, solid malts and led to a lingering, dry finish. Enjoyable.
