We ferment this straw-hued saison with a yeast strain isolated from the Walloon region of Belgium. It pours a vibrant gold body with a billowing, pillowy head. It’s lavishly dry hopped with alpha from both the Southern and Northern hemispheres, and refermented in the keg to create a natural carbonation. It celebrates the arrival of long, sunny days on our farm, the passing of one of hip hop’s greatest, and to both travels taken and yet to be made.

On tap at Wolves & People, pours an opaque cloudy bright yellow with a small white head. Aroma is quite musky, with earthy dry hopping, a little pot and biscuity malt. Flavour is wonderfully fresh in the hop department, with farmhouse funk and wild yeast. Excellent harmony between the hops and yeasts. Wonderful.

On tap at the brewery. This is probably my favorite kind of Saison- a big fruity hoppy version. Pours a clear yellow color with a large white head. A big fruity citrus nose, lemon and orange, earthy malt. The flavor is light toast, citrus, robust sweet fruit, mellow overall. A soft palate. Very damn drinkable. Lovely.
