Bottled(330ml). -Murky orange/golden coloured, medium sized white head, spicy light alcoholic nose. Malty, pleasant nutty and spicy taste with notes of coriander and yeast. Alcohol is well hidden. Some sediment at the bottom. Very good beer.

Bottle at the Belgian Brasserie Henry, shared with ogivlado. Poured a murky golden body with a medium sized head. Walnut in the nose, malty with some light alcohol. Interesting. The taste is remarkably light for the strength, malty and nutty, notes of coriander and orange. Subtle. Good beer but it didn’t impress me as much as it should have had.

(33cl bottle) Hazy, golden coloured and effervescent hue with a big frothy white head. Yeasty, moderately sweet pale malty aroma with grassy and slightly flowery hops, accompanied by traces of alcohol. Sweet and balanced bitter flavour, full bodied with a pleasant carbonation. Malty base with a pleasantly strong hops-character and a shy lemon-fruity note; dry-ish bitter-sweet, still pretty hoppy finish with bearable coriander- and peppery spice. Truly nice. (26.IV.09).

bottle. cloudy yellow, giant white thick smooth head. citrus and faint spices in the aroma. Very delicate aroma, strong citrussy. also some yeast and perhaps wheat in the foundation. flavor is honey, faint bitterness, citrus. flavor is much sweeter than aroma, but is well rounded. ends a bit dry?. probably hops.

Overall Impression: Really interesting beer, different then pretty much anything I've tried, combination of all kinds of flavors, but none of them over powering: fruity, floral, flavorful beer. Definitely worth drinking, especially if you like beers with a unique taste to them...

11.2 ounce bottle from Market Street Wine Shop Uptown Charlottesville, VA. Best by 03.10.09. Pours a hazy peach color with a medium fizzy head. Average head retention and lacing. Fruity and syrupy aroma with pear, peach and hop notes. Taste is strong candi sugar and cotton candy. Some spice and fruity notes as well. Alcohol warmth in the finish. Full bodied and slightly chewy.
