Goed bier.

Cloudy golden, huge stable airy white head. Yeasty, hoppy aroma. Flavour is fruity, peach and pineapple, with light spicy yeast. Sweetish, well balanced by lasting bitterness. Good.

330ml bottle [à la bonheur traiteur par bartlebier, merci bien !]. Minimally cloudy, golden colour with huge, frothy, osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Slightly floral, yeasty aroma, some pollen, juice from unripe peaches, crystallised honey. Taste is dry, minimally warming alcoholic, fruity notes of apricot and peach, a touch of honey, minimally biting, bitter hoppy overtones. Slightly to clean, simple, and monotonous for its double-digit abv.

Heavy tripel with stable, snow white, irregular head and pure golden blonde colour with vivid sparkling. Aroma of apple peel, grass, star fruit, honey, young creamy cheese, eau de vie, lime, mint and white grapes. Fresh fruity taste with dry ’citrusness’, strong carbo, nicely rounded with sweetish and lightly caramelly malts, spicy accents, long and dry finish with drying effect from the CO2, appetizing grassy hop bitterness and some gin-like alcohol almost becoming astringent. Another Malheur excelling in decency.
