Weird bottle. 50cl maybe? Clear gold, basically no head. Green apple, a little green grape, apricot there. Flavor is green grape, some stone fruit. A little washed out. Thin.

Tasting at SF
Cloudy dull blond color. Random Sour/Farmhouse beer that combines a mild spicy character with vegetables, vanilla, sweet liquorice.
Very messy.

500mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out tart apricots, light acidity, and moderate sweetness. Flavour is moderately acidic, with subdued tart apricots, light acidity and even some lactose-like sweetness. Lacking complexity, with a fairly thin palate. It's okay.

Cloudy tan. Aroma of kettle sour and apricot. On the palate, the apricot character isn’t bad, but the base beer is a bit muddled and yeasty. It’s decent.

A hazed golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, tart peaches, light sulfur, mint, fruity esters, pleasant. In mouth, tart apricot jam, light acidity, light Epsom salts, light Brett, very nice and complex. Bottle at Hugue and Alex tasting.

Treated as an American Wild ale, this was poured into a tulip, the appearance was a finger’s worth of white foamy head that dissipated fairly quick leaving some messy clingy semi-thick foamy lace.
The aroma takes on some Brett, grassy hops, lemony tartness touched by some lemongrass, floral qualities - somewhat perfumey. Nicely blended. Apricots, obviously.
The flavor yields to the sour side letting the Brett take over housing the apricots with the grassy hops, lemon and lemongrass back and touching down on a sour blended low level vinous aftertaste and a crisp sour vinous finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body. Makes for a good session considering that the sour is fairly tame.
Overall, nicely done American Wild ale with apricots that I would have again.

Babyfood peach and lemon, funk nose. Hazy amber, thick head. Tart and funky, lemon and peach. Light body, fizzy, warm. Not a lot of complexity, but good.
