The world needs heroes, and in our home state of Florida only a very special hero will do. A hero with a shark tooth around his neck, a Grim Reaper tattoo on his arm, and a rap sheet longer than his mama’s mustache. A hero who’s forgotten more about amateur taxidermy and alligator rasslin’ than you’ll ever know. What better way to pay tribute to our beloved Florida Man than with a big ol’ Double India Pale Ale brewed with a nearly-criminal amount of hops and a moderate bitterness that just about matches Florida Man’s general disposition. This hopped-up whopper of a beer is big in character and guaranteed to sear itself into your memory, just like “the world’s worst superhero,” Florida Man.

Pours cloudy yellow with a medium sized white head, good lacing. Grapefruit, tropical flavors, bitter, pine resin.

Hazy gold in color with a large foamy head and lots of lace. Aroma is tropical fruit and citrus fruit. taste is also tropical fruit and citrus fruit. Sweet upfront and a slight bitter finish.

Poured a slightly hazy orange color with a small white head. Aroma was big orange and citrus, pine resin. Flavor was moderate bitterness, some tropical fruits. Zesty, with some very nice mango and a bitter finish.

Deadication brew to a super, smashin', great presenter and comedian, Jim Bowen, died on this day. He was a Lancashire man, whilst Florida Man is very tropical for its strength making it very palatable for the same aspect. Still not to be sipped too quickly.

Can from the lcbo. Cloudy yellow pour, with a medium to small, rocky white head. Aroma is quite tropical with some light dankness. Fresh hops cones with orange zest and mango. Mouth feel is solid, carb is light. Finish is medium bitter, with a solid fruity, tropical finish.

Can from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is fruity hops, tropical fruits, oats, citrus, grapefruit, some pine, malt, mango. Flavour is a bit sweetish with a moderate to medium bitterness. Body is medium. Well-balanced IIPA.

330ml can from Dunell's in Jersey. Pours orange with a white head. Aromas & tastes of peach, orange, grapefruit, pine & resin. Medium body. Sweet medium bitter finish. Excellent
